DripSneakers ships eligible orders to supported destinations, with estimated delivery usually taking 7–20 business days after shipment.
Order Processing and QC
After payment is confirmed, DripSneakers prepares and checks your order before shipment.
When QC confirmation is required, quality-control photos will be provided for your review. The order will be shipped after you confirm the QC photos.
Order preparation and QC time are separate from the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Methods
The shipping carrier is selected according to the delivery address, package type and available shipping route. Carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, EMS or a local delivery partner.
The carrier used for final delivery may be different from the international shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after the package has been shipped.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, severe weather, flight delays, peak shopping periods, carrier disruptions or remote delivery locations.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email or through the DripSneakers Order Tracking page.
Tracking activity may take 1–3 business days to appear after the tracking number is created.
If the tracking information has not updated for more than five business days, contact DripSneakers customer service and provide your order number and tracking number.
Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments because products can be prepared or shipped from different fulfillment locations.
Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, shipping address, postal code and telephone number.
Contact customer service immediately if the shipping information is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been shipped.
DripSneakers is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International packages may be inspected by customs authorities.
Import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless the order confirmation states otherwise.
Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time.
Customs Interception
If the carrier or customs authority confirms that an order was seized by customs before delivery, contact customer service with your order number and tracking information.
After verification, DripSneakers will arrange one replacement shipment without additional product or shipping charges.
This protection does not apply when the problem results from an incorrect address, inaccurate customer information, refusal to cooperate with customs, unpaid duties or charges, or import restrictions relating to the customer or destination.
Tracking Shows Delivered but the Package Is Missing
If tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check the delivery address shown on the order.
- Look around the property, mailbox or designated delivery location.
- Ask household members, neighbors or building staff whether they accepted it.
- Contact the local delivery carrier for delivery details.
- Contact DripSneakers customer service if the package remains missing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, contact customer service with the order number and tracking information so the shipment can be investigated with the carrier.
If a package or product arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and provide clear photos of the package, shipping label and affected product.
Any replacement, return or refund will be reviewed according to the DripSneakers Return & Exchange Policy.
