Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Placing and Accepting Orders

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee. These provider charges are not controlled by DripSneakers.

Payments and Verification

Payment must be successfully confirmed before order processing begins. A pending, declined, cancelled or incomplete payment does not confirm an order.

Promotions, discount codes, gifts and limited offers apply only during their stated validity period and while eligible products or supplies remain available.
Promotional requirements may include a minimum order value, eligible products, customer limits or other conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to a completed order.
DripSneakers may reject or cancel a promotion obtained through technical errors, unauthorized distribution, account abuse or conduct that violates the stated promotional rules.
Final Sale Products
Products clearly marked as Final Sale or Clearance before purchase cannot be returned or exchanged because of incorrect sizing, change of mind or personal preference.
Final Sale restrictions do not apply when DripSneakers sends the wrong product or size, or when a product arrives damaged or has an approved quality problem.
Order Preparation and Quality Control
After payment is confirmed, DripSneakers may prepare, inspect and photograph the ordered products before shipment.
When quality-control confirmation is required, the order will be shipped after the customer confirms the quality-control photos. Order preparation and quality-control time are separate from estimated delivery time.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after the package has been shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking activity may take 1–3 business days to appear after a tracking number is created. Multiple-item orders may be divided into separate packages with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, address, postal code and telephone number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
Delivery may be delayed by customs processing, weather, flight availability, carrier disruption, peak shopping periods, public holidays or remote delivery locations.

Customs, Duties and Import Requirements
International orders may be inspected by customs authorities. Import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless the order confirmation states otherwise.
If a carrier or customs authority confirms that a package was seized before delivery, contact DripSneakers with the order number and tracking information.
After verification, DripSneakers will arrange one replacement shipment without additional product or shipping charges.
This protection does not apply when the issue results from an incorrect address, inaccurate customer information, refusal to cooperate with customs, unpaid duties or charges, or import restrictions connected to the customer or destination.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Eligible return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date the order is marked as delivered.
Returned products must satisfy the condition, packaging, authorization and tracking requirements stated in the DripSneakers Return & Exchange Policy .
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by DripSneakers or applicable law requires otherwise.
Returned products will be inspected after arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Order Cancellations
Contact DripSneakers customer service immediately if you want to request cancellation or change an order.
Cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after preparation, quality-control processing or shipment has begun. An order that has already shipped must be handled under the applicable return and exchange rules.
